The following provides a listing of Invitations to Bid and Request for Proposals that are currently being requested by the Mobile County Public School System (MCPSS).

Instructions:
- If you are interested in receiving an ITB or RFP you must register your company on line at https://bidreg.mcpss.com
- If you are placing a bid, but not registered, does not mean you will receive future ITB or RFP's.
- Once registered and approved, the email address on file will receive future email notices for the bid categories selected in the registration process. MCPSS can not be held responsible for email notifications that go to your SPAM folder. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the SPAM folder and to place the email address bidnotify@mcpss.com in their address folder. However, bidders are urged to check the web site frequently for new information.

- In order to view and print the ITB and RFP documents, you will need to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. - No Faxes or E-Mail responses to bids or RFP's will be accepted
Addenda- All bidders that are currently registered with the Purchasing Department will receive an email notification by the email address on file. Bidders not registered should check this site frequently for any changes. The MCPSS will not be responsible for a bidder's failure to acquire any addenda that is issued.
